The front desk staff were generally friendly, but our experience with the veterinarians was disappointing. Our dog saw Dr. Wang for five years. While she addressed his medical issues, we consistently found her communication to be rude and overly critical, and her bedside manner left a lot to be desired. At each visit, we were told our dog needed to lose more weight, so we followed that advice year after year. He eventually dropped to 12 pounds and began looking underweight and unhealthy, which made us concerned. We've since switched to Best Care Animal Hospital and have been much happier with the care, communication, and overall experience.

We have been going to this clinic for two years and Dr. Wang is our favorite! Our small dog needed a dental cleaning and one tooth extraction earlier this year. The dedicated level of care and attentiveness to our fur baby was deeply appreciated. Plus the open communication before, during, and after the surgery was phenomenal.
