We had a wonderful experience here. We had only brought our dog into this vet 1x in the past 5ish yesrs and while we were making end of life decisions for our dog they were able to get us in same day for an appointment even though we weren’t regular clients. They were so kind and accommodating to our family with young children and made us feel like we were their top priority, answering questions via phone and walking us though the procedure. They even send us a sympathy card after we made the decision to put our dog down. We will be using Beavercreek Animal Clinic for all our animals in the future ❤️

WOW! Horrendous staff. I had to pull over so I could deal with an emergency. It’s a 90* day so I parked in the shade in their parking lot. A staff member pulled in right after me & said, “can I help you?” I replied, “no thank you. I had something urgent happen & needed to pull off the road to use my phone.” She said something to the effect of understanding that & went in. I was on my phone (literally talking with the police) & she came back out & told in the rudest way I was in the way & to move so I wasn’t blocking the driveway. She had just come in behind me & there was plenty of room but I moved really close to the fece to make as much space as humanly possible (You could easily fit a garbage truck in & out of there). I kept dealing with my emergency- obviously I’m focused on this & another woman came out HOT telling me I was asked to move & I needed to leave! I was never asked not to park there but who guards their empty parking lot like that?? There was PLENTY of parking. The lot was essentially empty. I was literally just thinking about a week ago how I should try bringing my dogs in to try them as a new vet because it’s just minutes from my house. No way I’m using a business this petty who’s staff is THAT concerned with a 50 year old lady making phone calls on a hot day in the shade in their parking lot. No vet I have ever been to has time to patrol a nearly empty parking lot. Yikes!

I brought in my cat for a lump on her back. Vet said it was an abscess which it wasn’t. Turns out it was a highly infectious fungus that spread to other parts of her body that had to be surgically removed and lots of antifungal meds, that another vet investigated and rather making assumptions was able to determine it was a systemic fungal disease. The vet didn’t seem careful with the syringe of white gunk she extracted from my cat’s fungus lump either. Plus my cat had another fungus mass in her thigh area approx 3cm they didn’t even notice. Also, I brought my cat in a different time for a sinus infection and they demanded she get a rabies shot before they would examine her. The rabies shot lowered her immune to fight off the virus she already had and she wind up getting very sick. They tend to just prescribe antibiotics for everything, which can cause more damage in some cases. Not well trained or experienced staff in my opinion.

I have been coming to this clinic for a few years. I have a senior dog who gets stressed at any vet office. They have made note of this and schedule when they have a lull in dogs in the clinic! I have received great care and information on the health of all my pets

I took my kitty in for a nail trim, and I am always impressed with how clean everything is, and also with their friendliness and helpfulness. I am 85, and an Air Force Veteran, and I use a cain to help me get aro und, and they always offer to carry my cat out to the car for me, which is greatly appreciated!
