Dr Gartrell, Kayla and Karlee are all amazing. So great with my pup and her energy and also amazing with answering any questions I have regarding my pet. They are usually pretty quick at being able to get your pet in for an appointment. They know how to distract my pup from seeing the needle if they are going to give any vaccines or anything. It doesn’t hurt my pup but if she sees the needle she will not stay still. Love their staff.

I’ve taken both of my rabbits here on short notice for urgent visits and I always feel the vet takes such great care of my bunnies! The doctor listens to every concern, and does a very gentle and thorough examination of my rabbits. At other vets I’ve felt rushed and dismissed, but the vet here talked with me for about 30 mins and didn’t rush at all. I left the appointment feeling so good about the care my bunny received today :)
