I would not recommend this veterinary clinic. I was taking my dog here for several years. While nothing bad happened to him, they would always rush the appointment, and I wasn’t happy with the staff. It was always two options for appointments: -Drop your dog off in the morning, pick up after work -Take your dog for an appointment, leave him there for hours and pick him up after work They take your dog into the back for examinations/treatments so you don’t even see them interact. In the back, you can hear dozens of dogs in crates crying. They don’t even give you the opportunity to ask questions. Then you get a bill for hundreds of dollars.

The new veterinarian is amazing. She is the perfect vet to replace Starnes who has been our families favorite for years. She is kind, considerate and honest.

Years ago this vet office was amazing but it has gone so downhill over the last five years. The Vets themselves are okay but the office staff are truly awful. It is often difficult to get anyone to answer the phone, when they do it’s typically a long wait. If they say they’ll call back, they don’t. The last two visits they’ve written down the wrong reason causing confusion for us and the Vet. They can never find our chart despite my name changing 4 years ago and filling out their paper for the update three times. Every visit is a new frustration, save yourself and go somewhere else.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot say enough wonderful things about Roxy Ann Veterinary Clinic and their incredible team. I have trusted them with my animals for some time, and they have always been my first choice for veterinary care. Every member of the staff has consistently treated both my pets and my family with kindness, compassion, and professionalism. They truly care about the animals they serve and take the time to make owners feel heard and supported. Most recently, I rescued a feral kitten named Joe who had a severe eye injury. After being turned away by multiple places, I was beginning to lose hope. The team at Roxy Ann Veterinary Clinic looked beyond the challenges and gave him the fighting chance he deserved. Joe underwent surgery and is now on the mend. Even though he was a very spicy patient who wasn't making their job easy, they treated him with patience, skill, and genuine care every step of the way. What stands out most about this clinic is that they consistently go above and beyond. They are compassionate, knowledgeable, and willing to work through difficult situations because they truly want the best outcome for the animals in their care. In a world where it can be hard to find a veterinary team you fully trust, Roxy Ann Veterinary Clinic has earned that trust time and time again. If you are looking for a veterinary clinic that is caring, reasonably priced, honest, and dedicated to helping animals, I wholeheartedly recommend Roxy Ann Veterinary Clinic.
