Have used this vet many times & called to make a complaint and no one would ever call me back. Tried calling 3 more times and they put me on hold and won't pick up. I followed the vets instructions to a "t" and found out my dog has something stuck in the pad of her foot. It has been 9 months she has suffered with this. Will NOT Recommend or return.

My cat was dying and was turned away just because i moved here from iowa and didnt matter to them. Dont use them if you wsnt your pet to live

Not thrilled at with the office lady. With the white hair and pony tail. Not nice at all. Her customer service is horrible. The way she talked to the young lady that was helping and learning was not appropriate at all. There was no reason for her to be little the young lady. If she took the time and read things she'd be more prepared to answer the questions. Her attitude stinks. Not sure if I'll return back or not. Then worried about a few cents. Is unbelievable. She definitely needs a reality check. She's no better than anyone who comes in that door. And should be treated with respect.
