Used to take my animals in the past here years ago, moved back to the valley and brought my dog for a check up and they tried to tell me all kinds of misleading information. I got a second opinion and never went back.

Used to think this was a good place. Had them do some stuff for one of our cats right before moving out of state. Talked everything over and paid our bill. Then a month after moving we get hit with two bills one for 50 dollars and then the next for over $500. When we try to call the manager is never there. They hit us with this bill say ing it wasn't covered under our, when we had it clearly done before our plan ended. We had been a client for over 7yrs. Just shocking the treatment we are getting. This is actually the first review I have EVER written about anywhere or anything I am not one of those kind of people. I am beyond pissed and frustrated.
