We recently had surgery on our Dog performed by Dr Shaw and her surgical team. Everything has gone very well and its nice to find a veterinarian who really cares about your pet.

Always the best vet care for my dogs. I have been going to them for over 40 years! Dr. Shaw and her team genuinely care about my dogs. I won't go anywhere else, and I drive 2 hours each way to see them, because my dogs and my peace of mind are worth it.

I’ve been bringing my pets to this clinic for a long time, and overall I’ve had many positive experiences with the veterinarians and staff. The vets have generally been kind, professional, and helpful. Unfortunately, there is one vet tech who has repeatedly made both me and my partner uncomfortable. Her communication style often feels harsh, judgmental, and unnecessarily scolding. Instead of offering guidance in a constructive way, interactions with her have left us feeling talked down to and treated as if we are irresponsible pet owners. I fully understand that veterinary staff need to be honest about an animal’s health, including things like weight, diet, or care concerns. What has been difficult is the tone and delivery. A concern can be communicated clearly without making clients feel shamed or belittled. I still appreciate the clinic overall, but this repeated experience has made visits stressful and has affected how comfortable we feel continuing care there. I hope the clinic takes client communication seriously, because compassionate treatment should extend to both pets and their owners.

Great caring practice. They’ve been our primary care for our furry family members for many years. We’ve also really appreciated their out of box thinking for care and economic suggestions over the years too.
