Worst place ever! First off, they utilized vet techs while telling you they are veterinarians! Took my dog in because she was vomiting and had fever. Vet, who was a tech, comes in and says my 6 pound dog is overweight, how her ribs need to portrayed, THEN WALKS OUT! NO ADDRESSING MY DOGS VOMITING AND FEVER! THEN DEMANDS PAYNENT OF $180!!!! Run from this place! Reviews say ohhh they helped my dog pass on, sure they did!!! BECAUSE THEY WONT TREAT YOUR DOG!

This facility would not give our dog a bridge prescription for Trilostane which she has been on for Cushing’s disease for many years (prescription with this facility), prior to seeing her again. They couldn’t get us in until the script ran out. Our dog is an established patient with them and they still declined to bridge her to the next appointment. They told us to go elsewhere or to urgent care after asking what was expected of us when we ran out of medication for her. I work in medicine for hoomans and this is exactly what is wrong today. Will it hurt the patient? Yes. Is there something we can do to help? Yes, but until we see that $$$, we can’t help you. No regard for the patient, just $$$ signs. Pretty sad, poor form overall Sherwood Family Pet Clinic.

This clinic is the best of the best. All the staff are so attentive and caring. Dr. Merrill has been wonderful with a big procedure one of our girls had. She is a totally new dog! We always trust our fur babies will be taken care of here!
