Great Vet! Have been bringing 3 animals here over the past year and they are always given the best care. The team listens and recommends a great course of action and you can tell they treat each patient like they would their own pet.

Everyone there, the Doctors and staff, are wonderful! They are caring, skilled, efficient, and very friendly and helpful. They make everything seamless for refills and special requests.

I have to admit the first time I went to this clinic. I wasn’t sure how I felt about it. I really really love my old vet, but he’s just too far away for me to see him and he’s an old-school vet which is what I’m used to. However my puppy got sick and I called them, they got him right in. They took their time to thoroughly check what was wrong with him I wasn’t rushed in and out. And they gave him really great care. All of the staff is very friendly. My puppy is not scared to go there. He gets excited he loves the people that work there. Something that I think is important is that they were willing to give me some options for treatment. The options were in an attempt to give him the best possible care while saving me some money. I don’t feel like my bill has ever been more than it should be. In my opinion, it has been fair, especially for the amount of time that they take with us. There will always be some things that I possibly will have a hard time adjusting to. But overall, I think this place is great. With change there will always be some things that are hard to adjust to. But overall I am very happy I chose this place for my puppy’s cared I really wanted to come back and give an update. My pup has been suffering from some medical issues that required a specialist. Which means going to a different clinic. Wow can I say what a difference! I feel completely spoiled by Cascade Summit and Dr Ball! The level of communication between this clinic and their patients is Unmatched. They go above and beyond to make sure that they respond to any message that you may leave or even just keep you updated on exactly what’s going on with your Animal. Dr. Ball was willing to look over my records and offer me advice which was actually exactly what the specialist ended up prescribing, but it took them two weeks versus One day from Dr. Ball. She was on vacation when I left a message and sent me a response the morning she returned. I don’t think I could say enough nice things about this Clinic. They truly care about the animals They follow through better than any clinic or veterinarian office I’ve ever been seen at. They answer every question you have And my dog loves it there he doesn’t get scared or shake. I will go back to Dr. Ball and have her be my pups veterinarian going forward now with all of the tests and diagnosis completed. Anyway, I hope when reading this you can feel confident knowing there is no better place to take your animal. Unmatched Communication, Response time, And caring people
