Getting my cats in for an exam and vaccinations was easy. The staff are knowledgeable and professional.

We always feel our cats and dogs are getting expert care and attention at Forest Valley. The staff is friendly and efficient and our questions and concerns directed at staff and/or vet are always answered directly and expertly, in terms we can understand. The handling of our animals is always gentle and thoughtful of the animal. In all, we are very satisfied with the care our four legged family get at Forest Valley.

Staff is so friendly knowledgeable and just all around awesome. They have been our vet for years, wouldn't go anywhere else! Update8/2026 We were a bit leery with the whole new building and change and so many staff that we had come to know and love decided not to stay. We were delighted to discover that the new staff is also friendly, helpful, professional and kind. We saw Dr Diaz today for the first time with one of our dogs, and again, pleasantly surprised. Love the new improved communication process
