Initially I had a great experience taking my cats here although I think they unnecessarily scared us about my cats having possibly having cancer before even doing a biopsy. It all turned out okay after spending a lot of money. Today's visit wasn't so great. The vet who's the owner was unnecessarily rude. Apparently my cat (who's been there before and never was a problem. The one with the cancer scare) "knocked the glasses off someone's head" as they got him out of the carrier. That's what the vet told me and then proceeded to repeat several times that they can never see the cat again without gabapentin. That's very understandable but there's no need to repeat it three or four more times in a scolding way with this stern look on your face. If, according to you, the cat was aggressive right when you got him out of the carrier why would you go on with the procedure? If you're that worried about your people getting hurt (because he did say that my cat could really hurt somebody) why would you go on with the procedure and then also give him a shot that I didn't want? That you required and that you insisted on? It's because you want the business. You're not worried about your people. I'm taking my 4 cats back to Aloha Dog and Cat. I already had an appointment scheduled to take this cat for a full exam there. maybe that's why I was treated so really? they've already asked for the records. So they know I'm going back there.
