We’re so grateful for the wonderful care Koa received at Veterinary Emergency Group. Everyone was incredibly kind, compassionate, and caring, not only with Koa but with us as worried owners. They kept us informed, answered our questions, and made a very stressful experience so much easier. It was clear that they truly cared about Koa and our family. We couldn’t be more thankful for the entire team.

Very kind, compassionate animal ER. Saw my rabbit for GI stasis and I was able to stay with him the entire time. He was treated very gently and kindly and stress was minimized as much as they could. He's currently doing better and he has a medical plan if he declines again

Highly recommend VEG! They were very thorough in their evaluation and quickly determined he was in crisis and needed immediate intervention. The staff was so kind, answered all of our questions, and made my husband and I very comfortable. I can't say enough good things about VEG! They saved his life!!

I've been to 3 ER Vets, including this one, in the last 3 years for various reasons and this one blows all of them out of the water. I'm writing this from their lobby. I was initially caught off guard by the triage set up, being out in the open, but it works. Dr. Valentine and tech Nicole were there immediately and Scott helped orient me to the general set up of the clinic. Every so often, someone checked in to ask if I needed anything or to give me an update on my pet's test. I'll never go anywhere else for ER Vet needs.
