I love how this clinic cares and loves on my dog. From calling for an appointment, to the greeting at the front desk, to the Vet Techs, to the Vets they are all professional, caring and knowledgeable. My Vet Tech yesterday was Evie, she was wonderfully loving and kind to my dog and me, great listener and answered question with thoughtfulness.

Dr Cox is one of the best she is transparent and she also puts everything into what she does in order to save furry family members and keep them healthy. My dogs regardless of their experience always go willingly with her and staff. Her compassion is remarkable and the staff that surrounds her absolutely reflect that same passion. There is not one person in the office that won’t empathize with you. I would drive out of my way to use Countryside becuase I know they care as much as I do about my dogs.

Although this was our first visit to Countryside Animal Clinic in Junction City, we were treated like we’d been part of their family for years. Saying goodbye to our beloved 18-year-old cat, Jaggies, was one of the hardest days of our lives, but everyone here made that heartbreaking experience as peaceful and compassionate as possible. From the warm, home-like atmosphere to the soft blanket they placed under our sweet girl, every detail showed genuine care. They welcomed us in only when we were ready and never made us feel rushed. Every staff member was incredibly kind, thoughtful, and caring. The veterinarian was exceptionally compassionate and treated both Jaggies and our family with dignity and respect. There was never any pressure, only kindness during one of life’s most difficult moments. Receiving a handwritten sympathy card afterward touched our hearts and reminded us that this is a clinic filled with people who truly care. Thank you for helping us say goodbye to Jaggies with such love and grace. We will always be grateful. ❤️

Was traveling through town when my dog started shaking her head. Called & got appt same day. My dog had 2 long, barbed grass seeds deep in her ear canal. Some sedation, and the vet was able to remove the offenders. My dog is much better now. So very thankful they were able to get us in, and treat her.
