They were willing to work with me when there was an error from my trainer. And they had a lot of info for me on everything to help me.

Had them out to float my horses teeth and clean his sheath, they did a great job, they were patient and the price was nice, though I was with a group of 3 and we split the farm call so it was cheaper that way. The vet was very patient with both my horse who has a mind of his own, and the pony that got spooked. He talked nicely to them and was kind to them.

There a vet I mean if you have thousands of money of course they'll be willing to do anything. Overall everything's a good service. Prices are absolutely outrageous,but you get what you get I guess.

From the very first call to the final goodbye, the entire experience was outstanding. Since we’re from out of the area, we contacted Del Oeste Equine Hospital for a pre-purchase exam, and the team exceeded our expectations every step of the way. Jessica handled multiple calls for us and was incredibly helpful—answering all of our questions about their PPE process and even taking the time to look into any available records on the horse we were considering. Dr. Dugan and Caylee were absolutely exceptional. As out-of-area buyers, there’s always a bit of concern about whether the vet will be fully in your corner, but that was never an issue here. Dr. Dugan was thorough, transparent, and took the time to clearly explain each step while patiently answering all of our questions. We’ve been through a PPE before, and this was, without a doubt, the best experience we’ve ever had. Not only did we feel well taken care of, but we also walked away far more informed—even though we ultimately chose a different direction than we initially expected. Everything outlined on their website about the pre-purchase exam is exactly what we experienced, and we are truly grateful.
