Took my dog in to get shots and to see how the staff is there,The staff are great very helpful and answered all my questions.

My dog is a regular at Baker St animal hospital and she had an emergency. I called at 802am to get an emergency appointment and was told they would call back in two hours to give me a time. I got no call back after 3.5 hours I called them and was told it would be a couple of days. For an emergency. Shame on you. My dog could bleed out before then and all you could do was refer me onto somewhere else. My dog went elsewhere and is having surgery tomorrow. It was definitely an emergency.

My female dog needed her front paw addressed. Her toe was sticking up apart from the rest of her foot, it was swollen and she was limping, I had to carry her in. They wouldn't even look at her. All they said was "She's not bleeding, you will need to make an appointment." The earliest one was 3 weeks out and I had to pay for the appointment in advance. Animal Hospital...ha
