They call themselves a hospital but have no emergency department. A hospital is a licensed healthcare institution that provides patient treatment with specialized medical staff, diagnostic services, and equipment. Its primary functions are to diagnose diseases, treat the sick and injured through inpatient or outpatient care, and provide continuous nursing AND Emergency Services

Absolutely hands down the best veterinary services I have ever received. These Doctors and staff care about their patients, that is clear. I felt completely at ease leaving my baby girl in their hands, which is rare. I am so happy to have this level of care for my furbabies.

Miscommunication leads to our pets not wanting to be seen. I have been going to this clinic for many years. The previous vet was great but this new one is all about the money. I've been taking my dog there to get rid of an infection and on the final dose I was told it was going to be a certain amount of money before I came in. When I finally went there and they told me that it might be higher I said I didn't have that much. So, the lady at the front desk went to talk to the doctor and then I was told I was not allowed to come back unless I was able to pay everything up front before the visit. Of course I got upset about that and said that maybe they should be upfront with me before I come there so I'm prepared. That was the last part of our conversation. I make another appointment and I'm told I can't come back because I was rude to the office staff I'm sorry but maybe you should communicate better to your patients on how much of that visit is going to cost they could be better prepared because of it's all about the money you're in the wrong business.
