We were visiting from LA and needed some help with our little dog. This vet was able to get our records from LA and see us that day . Very nice very professional and honest Thank you so much. You are a 5 star ficility

I don’t like leaving a negative review but this has been on my mind since my appointment a couple of weeks ago. I was a new client, this was my first visit. First I was kept waiting for 48 minutes past my appointment time. I’m not one of those people who thinks I’m special but making a brand new client wait 48 minutes, when first impressions count, made me think what would happen if I had an emergency. Then I had my appointment with a wonderful vet, very nice lady but at the end of the appointment she told me she only works a few days and is semi retired! I was a quite upset that I wasn’t told ahead of time. I want to build a relationship with my vet so they get to know my dog. I understand that any vet can leave and move on but putting a new client with a semi retired vet isn’t okay. Looking for a new clinic now.
