The team at Animal Care Clinic is outstanding. I first started coming here in the fall of 2007 with Dolce, then again in the fall of 2024 with Mazikeen. Dolce was always nervous about her vet visits (my fault), so with Mazikeen I got smarter and started with a couple of "social visits" before any healthcare attention was given. Animal Care Clinic was gracious to offer those social visits, which in turn made Mazikeen a HUGE fan of coming here. In fact, as soon we pull into the lot, Mazikeen CANNOT wait to get out of the car to give loves and kisses to her care team. (She's a super-flirt, for sure.) The difference is night and day, and whenever a groomer, veterinary clinic, or animal resort offers social visits, dear reader, they are oh-so very, very worth it. Our most recent visit was because stupid Daddy fed Mazikeen a teaspoon of pastrami, which wreaked havoc on the kiddo's gut. Dr. Amy, VetTech Shawn, and Intern Holly provided exceptional care and turned my stressful visit into a "health check, diagnostic, and she's going to be just fine" experience. Shawn and Holly were gentle and kind during intake, keeping Mazikeen thoroughly at ease. Dr. Amy took extra time to walk me through her current medical state and what to do at home for the next several days. The next morning I received a follow-up email -- meaningful to me, but simply a standard operational protocol for this classy, thoughtful establishment. Mazikeen is on the mend (huzzah!), but that's because the team at Animal Care Clinic has always treated my Yorkies (Yorkshire Terriers) as if they were their own, hence why I am gushing about them in this Google review. Thank you, one thousand times over, Team ACC, and Mazikeen sends her pawgratitude as well!!!

We met with Dr. Brent Husband in order to discuss our dog's suspected torn CCL. we chose to drive from Salem because we had had a good experience with him years ago with the previous CCL. One thing I appreciate about his approach is that he is calm and takes his time explaining things in detail. Nothing ever felt rushed, and while we didn't get the the diagnosis we had hoped for, we can't exactly lay that at his feet. More precisely at our dog's feet. 😎
